Served as Planning Manager on the Owner’s Team. Led planning and scheduling efforts contributing to the successful achievement of first gold production on schedule. Directed integrated planning across owner and contractor teams; managed transition from bulk construction to systems, commissioning, and startup; established baseline schedule and performance management framework; and facilitated critical path control through structured progress reviews.
