Major light rail transit project delivering 19 km of dedicated rapid transit with 25 stations across Toronto’s Eglinton corridor, connecting western and eastern suburbs and improving regional mobility.

Served as Senior Planning & Scheduling Consultant. Provided end-to-end planning and scheduling leadership to support achievement of Revenue Service Date (RSD). Developed and integrated complex schedules across construction, systems, testing & commissioning, and operational readiness (including driver training); coordinated multiple stakeholders; delivered executive-level reporting to the Project Director; and identified and escalated critical path risks with recovery planning.
