South America’s first natural gas liquefaction and export facility, featuring a 4.45 MTPA plant, 408 km pipeline from the Camisea gas fields, cryogenic processing, two 130,000 m³ storage tanks, and a marine terminal/jetty for global LNG shipments.
Served as Lead Commissioning/Construction Scheduler and Claims Analyst. Resolved a marine contractor jetty claim through detailed impact analysis; developed an incentivized recovery plan; and integrated multi-project commissioning schedules to meet critical milestones. (CBI)
